Enrollment letters are sent to the associate’s Personal email address. If you have not received your enrollment letter, associate should contact the Benefit Center at 1-888-488-0101.

PetSmart observes six paid holidays per year. Full-time associates may be eligible for the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Memorial day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Associates are eligible for different types of paid time off depending on your work location, full-time or part-time status, and local laws. Learn more about paid time off.

Your eligible dependents include:

• Your lawful spouse.
• Your domestic partner.
• Your dependent children up to age 26, or who are age 26 or older with a physical or mental disability as defined by the Social Security Administration.
  • Eligible children include your natural children, legally adopted children, stepchildren who reside with you the majority of the time, and children for whom you have legal guardianship.
