There are many terms and definitions that go along with medical benefits. We know they can be confusing so we’ve provided a chart of the common terms and definitions.

Knowing where to go for care can be confusing, we partnered with UHC and Bind to provide you with this where-to-get-care document.

Enrolling in one of the PetSmart medical plans allows you to also elect a medical spending account and some even have an employer contribution. When you select the HDHP medical plan, you can enroll in the Health Savings Account (“HSA”) and contribute pre-tax payroll dollars to help pay for future medical expenses. When you select a PPO plan or Bind plan, you can enroll in the Flexible Spending Account (“FSA”).
