Ally offers free, confidential access to experts, including 60-minute consultations with credited financial specialists. Our financial counseling services help you find answers to questions about budget planning, retirement planning, credit card debt, home buying, bankruptcy, and more.
Legal Assistance
Legal matters are tricky, but sound legal advice is just a phone call away. Access to advice, help drafting a will, or assistance with a complicated legal matter should not be out of anyone’s reach. Ally’s Legal Assistance services give you free and discounted confidential access to local attorneys to answer legal questions, prepare legal documents, and help you resolve legal issues including: family conflicts; divorce and alimony; landlord/tenant disputes; DUI and criminal cases; wills, estate planning, and power of attorney.
Substance Use
PetSmart associates enrolled in a UHC medical plan are eligible to use Optum’s free Substance Use Treatment Helpline to make it easy for you and your loved ones to make the best choices when seeking treatment for substance use issues. An expert team of licensed clinicians are available 24/7 to listen, evaluate and arrange for an almost immediate face-to-face assessment with a trusted network specialist — usually within 24 hours. Once treatment begins, a dedicated licensed Care Advocate is assigned to help guide you through the care and post-care process.
