Who is eligible for vacation time?

Vacation time applies to all regular full-time and part-time U.S. store, U.S. Distribution Center, and Phoenix Home Office associates.

Where are paid time off (“PTO”) hours shown?

PTO hours are visible in HR Connect on the Paid Time Off page.

When do I receive my years of service PTO increase?

Full-time hourly and salaried associates, excluding Director level and above, reaching their 5-year, 10-year, or 15-year anniversary during a calendar year receive the potential vacation hours in January of that year in accordance to the accrual schedule based on the corresponding years of continuous service reached that year.

As a part-time associate am I offered life insurance?

Our basic and supplemental life insurance policies are available for full-time associates.
