Your benefits are a big part of your total rewards. PetSmart is committed to offering associates a competitive and valuable benefits package. In this section, you will learn more about what benefits and offerings you are eligible for based on your full-time or part-time status.

1 May be offered if hours worked and eligibility requirements are met. Access may be available through Federal/State Marketplace plans
2 Vacation based on hours worked, sick pay based on regulations for work location
3 Same program as full-time associates, however eligibility is based on hours worked
When to Enroll

How to Enroll
As a full-time new hire, before you enroll, please take time to review the information above to see your plan options. Then visit HR Connect to make your elections.
First time using HR Connect? Click Get Started, from the home page of HR Connect, for instructions to set up a user ID and password. (Note: HR Connect is not available on Mondays from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Arizona/Mountain time for payroll processing.) If you need help accessing HR Connect, call 1-866-263-8411.
Did you recently change status from a part-time associate to a full-time associate? Congratulations! You are eligible to enroll in the benefits program. Enrollment is easy! Visit the Work or Life Changes page.
Don’t miss your enrollment deadline. If you do, you won’t be able to enroll until the next open enrollment period in the fall of each year unless you have a qualified status change.
