Both the Group Registered Savings Plan (RRSP) and the Group Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP) can help you to save for retirement. Through our partnership with Canada Life (formerly Great West Life) PetSmart offers a RRSP and a DPSP to eligible associates in Canada.

You may sign up for the plan at any time; however, you are required to print, sign and send a completed waiver of participation if you are not participating in the first 90 days of employment.
