This resource by BEACON is a free program that is available to all Canadian associates.
Beacon Digital Therapy
Beacon Digital Therapy is a customized Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (or CBT) guided by a registered mental health professional. With BEACON, everything is on your terms in a way that protects your data and privacy. This program is ideal for anyone who is struggling with an ongoing mild to moderate mental health concern. CBT is a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of mental health challenges.The cost of $500 can be submitted for reimbursement for those associates who are benefit eligible. Please note, Ontario associate fees are covered in full by the OHIP.
