- PetSmart will reimburse up to $3,500/year for eligible associates working towards an approved degree.
- Associates can receive full program benefits after 6 months of continuous service, working an average of 15 hours per week.
- Associates will need to discuss continuing education goals with their leaders and be in good standing with PetSmart. Degree programs must be in line with current or future work assignment possibilities with PetSmart in a store, distribution, or home office setting.
