How to Receive your Associate Discount:
Your associate discount is connected to your PetSmart Treats Rewards account and can be applied at checkout.
If you already have a Treats Rewards account: During onboarding, provide the email address and phone number associated with your existing Treats Rewards account. You do not need to create a new account. This information is used to link your associate benefits to your Treats Rewards account.
If you do not have a Treats Rewards account: You may enroll during your first in-store purchase. At the PIN pad, enter your associate ID and ePIN and follow the prompts to enroll. Once enrollment is complete, your Treats Rewards account will sync with your associate discount.
Treats Rewards VIPP Benefits:
Eligible associates receive automatic VIPP status when their associate benefits are connected to their Treats Rewards account. VIPP benefits include, but are not limited to:
- VIPP tier bonus points
- Personalized offers and VIPP events
- Two salon reward certificates each year
- VIPP birthday and holiday gifts
- Free shipping on home orders of $49 or more*
